2. What we do

We operate an online gaming service for adults in Ontario. Through a single registered account, a verified player can access categories of games — reel-based games, table games, live dealer tables, video poker and instant-win games — together with the account tools needed to control their own play.

We do not design or manufacture the games themselves. Game content is licensed from suppliers and is subject to the technical standards that apply in Ontario. Each game’s rules, its return to player and any relevant limits are published in the game’s own information panel so that you can read them before you play rather than after.

We are an entertainment service. Gambling is not a way to earn money, cover debts or generate income, and we do not describe it that way anywhere on this site. We do not promise winnings, publish strategies presented as reliable, or suggest that any outcome is due.

3. Regulatory context in Ontario

Ontario operates a regulated internet gaming market. Two bodies matter for how this service runs. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is the provincial regulator: it registers operators and suppliers and publishes the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming, which set the rules an operator must follow on advertising, responsible gambling, player protection, game integrity and the handling of complaints. iGaming Ontario (iGO) is the entity through which registered operators conduct and manage internet gaming in the province.

The practical effect for you is that certain things on this site are not commercial choices. The minimum age of 19, the requirement that you be physically in Ontario, the identity checks before your first deposit, the fact that limit-setting is part of registration, and the absence of bonus advertising on public pages all follow from that framework.

Games offered in the province must be tested against the applicable technical standards, including the behaviour of the random number generator that determines outcomes. Our game certification reference is [RNG / GAME CERTIFICATION REFERENCE TBD]. We do not display a testing-laboratory mark or certificate number that has not been issued to us.

Our own registration details will be published on this page once issued — see the placeholders in section 1. Until then, we do not state or imply that we hold a registration we have not been granted.

4. Who may use this service

  • You must be at least 19 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Ontario.
  • You must be physically located in Ontario when you access game content.
  • You may hold one account only.
  • You must not be excluded from gambling under a self-exclusion, a court order or any other restriction that applies to you.

These conditions are checked, not assumed. Your age is calculated on our servers from the date of birth you provide and confirmed again during identity verification. Your address is verified. Your physical location is confirmed by geolocation whenever you open game content — if that check places you outside the province, the content does not load, regardless of what your account says.

5. Our approach to responsible gaming

Every account is created with limits already in place, because setting them is a required step of registration rather than an optional extra. You choose a deposit limit, a loss limit and a session time limit before your account exists, and they apply from the moment it opens.

Changes are deliberately asymmetric. Lowering a limit, or adding one, takes effect at once. Raising or removing a limit is held for 24 hours and must then be confirmed by you. A decision to loosen a control should not be executable in the same moment it is made.

Our Responsible Gaming page explains every tool in detail, including self-exclusion, and lists the independent help services available in Ontario.

6. Security and data protection

We handle personal information under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect what is needed to verify your age and identity, to meet anti-money-laundering obligations, to operate your account and to meet regulatory requirements — and we say so, in specific terms, in our Privacy Policy.

Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes and can never be read back by us or by anyone else, including our own staff. We will never ask you for your password, and we will never ask for identity documents by email or over the phone.
